How to Sovle Mongoose Pro JLR Run the SDD160 Software “Application Failed” Error

Problem: MongoosePro JLR plus device run the SDD 160 software always give an error message (Try to use win11 but try on Win10 wmbox too):

“The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.” It concludes with “Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details.”

How to fix this bug?

Solution: Turn off the antivirus software that comes with Windows 10 system, then install the patch.
